We're passionate about cars, and passionate about building technology that helps people. This service was built in 2012 as a tool to keep track of our own cars, and we decided to release it on the web to benefit the community. We have no plans to charge fellow enthusiasts for core features and hope we can continue releasing tools that help real enthusiasts at no charge.
Anything you like! When you add a vehicle, MOT expiry can be filled from official MOT history, and you can add insurance and other dates. You can then configure further reminders and set how far in advance you want to be notified. Currently only email notifications are supported.
Reminders are for dates like MOT, insurance and service intervals. For the jobs that don't have a date yet, you can park them on the vehicle so they're not taking up headspace. That list is personal to you — it isn't shared, and it doesn't transfer with the car.
Yes. When you add a UK-registered vehicle, we automatically fetch official MOT tests from the DVSA. Pass and fail results, mileage, expiry dates and advisories appear in the vehicle's history, and MOT reminders stay in sync with the latest official expiry. You can still log servicing, repairs and modifications yourself.
As many as you like! At some point we might set a sensible limit as part of a fair use policy, so the system doesn't get abused by businesses with fleets.
As many as you like - there is no limit! We want to encourage you to maintain your cars and store that record securely in the cloud.
Yes - you can. If you decide you don't like Servicepark, then export your data and away you go (but we'd really appreciate some feedback on what you didn't like!).
No! We wouldn't recommend this. Servicepark is designed to work alongside your paperwork - making your history easy to share and search. There's something very satisfying about rifling through a folder (or two) stacked full of yellowing invoices from times gone by - it's part of the charm of a classic, and should always be retained and included with any sale.
